Major staff turn over. There's never the same people at the front desk. Every therapist I start to like leaves. I don't like what I hear about how management handles their employees and how money is the bottom line--that's what makes therapists leave. Those whose main focus is the customer and good customer service often leave from the stress of bad policies. Don't expect to receive your full time--the clocks are set quite a bit ahead and your room is always being cleared out for someone else at the next time interval, so you have to be out before the top of the hour.

worst place ive ever been. WORST PLACE EVER. NEVER EVER GO THERE..... the front were totally rude and unhelpful. and they talk bad about all their clients there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you want an ok massage and ok customer service but you want people to talk bad about you then COME HERE!!1 best place for you!

not worth the time. I've never written a bad review for anything, but after paying for a massage, what I received was an oiling. I've had less than great massages before, but I've never before felt like the person wasn't even trying. It was a complete waste of time and money. Moreover, I felt a little cheated as I did pay for it. I should probably mention that you have to answer a questionnaire as soon as you arrive. Your answers are then used, right after your supposedly relaxing massage, to give you a sales pitch for their services. I have a hard time believing that, even if you managed to get a good massage here, you would feel very relaxed after their sales pitch immediately afterwards.

welcoming,great massage, affordable. The front staff was very welcoming. My therapist really helped relieve my tension and suggested some stretches and a salt bath I can do at home. On your first visit they will ask you to become a member after the massage. It makes sense if you will get at least one massage a month. Very affordable.

Overall it was nice!. I really enjoyed the masage. It was great! Very clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The only complaint was it was kind of noisy during my massage. I could hear other people talking. For the most part I would go back.

full of goosip. You can learn alot about tis place just listening to the owener Kenneth I beleive talk about the therapist to the front desk then talk about the clients in his office I found this very enlightening. I wont go back. Not at all what I'm looking for. I like my privacy

Best Massage I have ever had!!. This place is a great find! I was really weary at first because it is in a shopping center next to a grocery store, but the facility is gorgeous and very clean, they have a very friendly staff and the Massage I got was heavenly! Very relaxing, clean and pleasant PLACE. I felt pampered the entire time I was there! My massage was only $39.00, (plus they are open untill 10:00pm which is perfect for my shedule), you cant beat that!. I would reccomment this place to anyone looking for a WONDERFUL massage at a GREAT price!
