John Kraft State Farm - Excellent service. We've been with John Kraft since 1988, starting with auto insurance on two cars, plus renter's insurance. We got our homeowner's insurance from him when we bought our first and only house in 1992. We've made a few claims, including an unfortunate string of events within several months of each other, and never had any difficulty filing claims. Our reimbursements have always come promptly on home and auto claims.

When our oldest son started taking driving class, John met with him one-on-one to talk about the responsibilities of driving and insurance, and how he could best keep his insurance premiums down - no sales pressure at all, just good information presented in a way that told our son this was important and that it's his responsibility to keep himself and others safe.

If you're looking for an agent, you won't go wrong with John and his staff.

Full Service, Friendly and Honest!. I have been with John Kraft's office for almost 8 years and have never had anything but prompt, helpful service. Their office provides answers to financial questions as well - IRA/Universal Life Plans. They really present you with all the best options for you! It has been great working with them during times of crisis (car accidents) as well! They were sympathetic and helpful even when it wasn't a claim that went through them. I would give them a glowing recomendation on all fronts!

Great customer service by agent and staff.. This agency provides prompt, personal, and efficient service for all insurance needs. They provide home, auto, life, health, as well as a number of competitive banking products. It is an agency where the customer is always treated fairly and honestly. Their claims service and claims personnel are well trained and helpful in all situations.

The best customer service!!. John Kraft is the best agent in town! He has the greatest staff that is very knowledgeable and very customer oriented.
