Purchased a beautiful set of emerald and diamond earrings from Rusty for my wife on July 4th! He open the store to help me make a special purchase for an important occaision. They worked within my budget to find the perfect gift! Thank you so much - I'll be back!!

This store is a fraud and not honest. Rusty cheated my Grandmother out $350 and kept the jewelry for himself. When my Grandmother did not get any resolution, I confronted him and he told me that she didn't understand and didn't know what she was talking about. I told him he was a crook and couldn't believe he would treat an elderly person like that. As I left he just sneered and said that it was just business. Do not trust or trade with the Jewel Box or Rusty!!! Simply Awful!

Fake Jewels. I was sold a piece of antique jewelry that turned out not to be real. It was costume jewelry sold at real jewelry pricing. I would not recommend this store, but if you do shop there be sure you get what you pay for.

Great gift ideas, for you or for others!. When I go shopping, I look for value for my dollar, not something cheap, but a quality item at a better than usually found price. That's why you are likely to find me shopping at The Jewel Box. This family owned store has distinguished itself for finding special items, frequently at below market prices.. A broad selection of interesting, quality items at tempting prices are a combination that can't be beat in my book. By the way, be sure to take your husband (or wife, for that matter). The store's layout means you have to go by the jewelry and watch counters on the way in and then, of course, on the way out. The stage is set for that subtle (or not) longing gaze at that much-longed for item. The rest is up to you.

They Know Jewelry. The store is a great place to shop! They have great items at a reasonable cost. I love the fact that they have such a wide selection of merchandise estate jewelry to signature jewelry for the younger set. On Wednesdays, they even let me wait while the jeweler works on my repairs. The back room is great from oriental rugs to the newest designs in furniture. Just a great place to shop.

Great Antique Finds. After looking through many dusty antique stores and malls, I found at The Jewel Box a wonderful antique partners desk and a marble topped credenza for my office. The price was very good for the quality of the furniture. They also arranged for delivery to my office. Very nice employees.

Most Beautiful Jewelry In Town. The Jewel Box has the most uniquie and interesting pieces of Jewelry in all of Dallas. They are very friendly and helpful. A wonderful group of people work with!!

My favorite pieces of jewelry have all come from this store.. I really have not done so much shopping at this store because most of my jewelry has been gifts, but I have loved every piece of jewelry that my husband has bought at this store near where he works. Their prices must be very good because he is very price conscious.
