Fresh, elegant and delicious sushi. (Valley Ranch location) I was impressed by the elegantly prepared and presented rolls and also the attentive (but not hovering)staff (the chef came to our table to make sure everything was prepared to our liking). The size of the restaurant conveys intimate exclusivity, while the open-plan table placement and lighting make it a a great casual sit-down. The pricing is right for the neighborhood (average for specialty rolls is $11.99-15.99), and you feel like you get your money's worth. Flavorful and super-fresh, I would definitely recommend Avocado!
