Outstanding Service and Value.
Giovanni's Italian Restaurant is fantastic and probably the best kept secret in North Frisco. Tucked away in a small plaza (off Preston Rd), you would probably miss it if you weren't looking for it.
I cannot say enough about the value of this place. The food is delicious; the service is excellent (I've been there at least 5 times and had wonderful experiences on all of them), prices are very reasonable and one of the best things....it's never crowded.
If you're in the mood for great Italian at a very reasonable price, Giovanni's is the place to go!
Terrible Service - food so-so.
We had a rehearsal dinner there with 25 people. I made reservations for 25, but when we got there it was set up for 20. The waitress acted like she was put out getting us more tables.
She was terribly rude the entire time and actually roled her eyes at me on several occasions. She huffed around and made the dinner absolutely unpleasant. Will never return!
Terrific spot for a get-together!.
We use this restaurant as the "go-to" place for our wine tasting meetup group because it is BYOB. We usually have 12-18 people at a time. The staff takes great care of us, our meals are always good (the pizza ROCKS) and we have our own private dining area. What more can we ask?
You owe it to yourself to check it out - by bringing your own wine you can have a nice meal at a very reasonable cost.
GREAT Italian food, GREAT prices!. My husband and I have dined in and done the take out. I love eating in because it is BYOB and makes for a very affordable dinner. Service was great, food was AMAZING. Must try the ranch dressing on the house salad - it's incredible!
Unbelivable Food.. Must try the Chicken Giovanni..... unbelievable food... Must try this restaurant. I tried the Chicken Giovanni one of his signiture dishes and was floored with the originality that is put into his dishes.
Best Pizza in the metroplex!. Have you tried it yet! Yummmm! Hands down the best pizza I have had in Texas so far! Now that's Italian! AND you can bring your own wine!!!! Got to love that !
Editorial Review. Seafood and homemade sausages are the speciality at this slice of Italy in the heart of Texas.
Frisco's latest find!. This is an old-fashioned fish and pasta place that reminds me of the trattorias my Godmother used to eat at with her father years ago in Little Italy, when there was still decent food to be had in that neighborhood (or at least I think there was).A reflection of all great establishments, and it fits in perfectly with it?s location. Understated decor and AMAZING Italian foodThis place will keep you coming back wanting its familiar dishes, cozy atmosphere, and good value. And the service is cheerful, and the owner very experienced on making you at home in his new location in Frisco.
