Warning if you sell to them - take your check straight to the bank!. My experience selling to Deja New was not bad. The problem was when I tried to cash the check. The check was unfortunately misplaced for 6 weeks after it was issued. I was about to deposit it and noticed that it said "Void after 30 days". Wow, I have never seen a check expire that quick. Thinking, it would be no big deal just to write me another check (especially since I had the old one in hand) I went to the store and was turned away. The owner told me NO and that they have turned people away before. She did not seem to care or be concerned by it at all!

I was totally shocked and disappointed in the customer service of a company that relies on customer goods to profit. Not only did they profit from my goods that they had already sold but now they got to keep my money too.
