Delicious hot wings!!!!!!!!!!! :-). my fiance and i decided to try this restuarant after recieving a flyer on our door. we have a two month old son so we wanted to show up at a slower hour of business so as not to be disruptive to others!! we arrived and recieved fast, family friendly service topped of with a smile. the experience was great. there were three tvs all with a remote to control your veiwing pleasure. as we approached the counter we were immediatly waited on and the wings of our choice were started cooking. fourteen flavors all delicous. i dare you to try ten of the volcano without breaking a sweat :-) and for a more mild experience try the cajun!!!!! cocked to order the catfish, chicken strips, fries, and wings were all outstanding. worth every penny for the amount you recive. definetly leave full. the salad bar was stocked of all sorts of deliteful toppings and was fresh to boot. now because we arrived at the end of the lumch and before the beginning of dinner the buffet was limited, but throughtout our visit the buffet was stocked and our every whim was waited on. our food was brought to our table and was brought quickly and always hot and fresh. the buffet had a pamesan crusted bread that was light and fluffy and flaked on your toungue! at the end of our visit both my fiance and i left a couple ponds heavier but completely satisfied with our servie, the food, and the fullness of our stomachs. i would recomend this restuarant to anyone who has a sever love of hot wings!!!! exceptional!
Best Value Wing Spot.
Ok so there is some question among reviewers. My experience tonight (1st timer) but right behind me was a couple that came here just last night. Back so soon! yep
So they were right! Great Value and Great Taste!
Not to mention- hot - seems like everything is made to order except for a few items. Love the fact they have 14 flavors for wings- I only tried 3 of them but I will be back to conquer all 14 flavors. They were the smaller version but hey- they were well done and tasty.
they get 5 stars because of the above. Its a homey place nothing special for decor. But plenty of hot fresh made to order food at a great value. They keep expanding their menu. Their even bringing on enchilada, tamales etc. But wings and catfish will always be my mainstay. Oh yes the catfish lightly breaded and perfectly- yes perfectly fried.
Other Reviews are most likely fake.
I have to agree with hightowersteve, except they had nothing on the buffet when we went, they did say they would make us whatever. We weren't offered any frys, hushpuppies, or catfish, but we were asked what wings we wanted. I ate probably 30 wings before I got tired of eating them, not because I was anywhere near full, they were just so tiny and pathetic that I decided it was not worth the effort (I usually eat 5-6 wings at a regular wing place).
Another customer came in and was telling them the salad (which was hidden in a corner) was bad and asked if she would bring out more. She said NO, and that the salad was fine. It's funny, because they charge 50 cents for tiny things of dipping sauce, so if you want salad you have to buy a $1 worth of dipping sauce.
We were going to leave initially after it took her 10 minutes (no joke) to run my card. We told them we were leaving and she told us to sit down and she would keep trying my card. I logged into BOA on my phone and saw a pending charge from them, she didn't know how to operate the cash register apparently. Once she returned to the counter she realized my card had already been run.
I guess I'm thankful I stuck around because I was paying whether I stayed or not.
Horrible food, wing stop is right down the road, go there.
Just ask... It was a while back but when I went here I was not initially impressed by the environment or location. I quickly changed my opinion of the place after speaking with the man at the counter. We mentioned we wanted to try the buffet but noticed that there was not much out on the line. He told us that he would make whatever we requested and it would still be $5.99 at the buffet price. We tried several different flavors and found that all of them were really good. The lemon pepper and volcano were especially good. Good deal for the price and quality
Love the wings, Signature Sport Wings!!!. They do delivery, I like the lemon pepper, hot flavor, the Maui BBQ, those good taste . Awwsssssooommeee.. ...........
Not really like him said. I 've been there, It's not too bad like him said! With $4.99, how come you expect more? They have Wings, fish, huspuppie , and white meat, all meat with $4.99! And the taste so good.
My tongue turned green, took hours to get taste out of my mouth, regretting days later.
This is the worst place I've been to lunch in the Addison area. It says "Best Catfish in Town" and $4.99 buffet on the window. For $4.99 I don't expect much.
We walked in, 1 person was in there eating and there was enough food out for maybe 1 other person. This should have been our sign to turn leave and go dig through a trash can for food. There was 1 guy at the counter and one guy next to the fryers that looked lost as if it were his first day. There was a plasma on the wall which was turned off so we watched a security monitor with 4 different views above a drink refrigerator. Not much happened.
Every wing buffet I'd been to before this one had a variety of flavors on the buffet. This place had 4 foil lined baskets. 1 with french fries, which didn't look worthy of even eating. 1 with heavily breaded fried wings layered in some sugary, salty mess. 1 with little pieces of what I believe was supposed to be their catfish and hushpuppies. 1 with boneless chicken pieces (mostly little pieces of fried breading) again covered in that sugary, salty mess. To the side was a bowl of salad, some ketchup squirters with different sauces in them and a water cooler with an Ozarka bottle on top. Thank God, because I would need this to wash out my mouth. I had chicken, hushpuppies and salad. The salad which looked like it came from a bag was the best thing there... until I found out that my tongue was green. I cannot ever remember a previous time in my 27 years of life that a salad has turned my tongue green. I'm still not sure what caused this phenomenom, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. We were out of there. The fresh air outside was a relief, but not enough of a relief to make me feel good about what I just ate.
In closing, you want to shoot yourself in the stomach after you leave this place.
