Don't use their catering. I've always enjoyed my visits to other Gloria's, so when I had to arrange a luncheon for 50 people in Rockwall, I thought I would give their catering a try. After confirming our request for 50 quesadillas and 50 flautas on 3 different occasions, I was shocked when I arrived at our venue with our order. There were 66 quesadilla quarters not 50 quesadillas. When we notified the restaurant of the mistake and asked for a partial refund, we were told we got what we ordered and the manager refused to rectify the situation. How can 50 quesadillas be misinterpreted? I have requested the name of the owner to help but I'm still waiting for a name.

Good experience. I would return - great location, good food, and friendly staff will keep my boyfriend and I coming back!

Excellent food and fantastic service!!. I have been to this location twice now, the first was a saturday night at 9 PM. Me and my dining companion did not have to wait for a table. The server immediatly came and asked for our drink orders and I had questions about the alcohol drink menu they have so many choices, the waiter then gallantly informed me he will tell the bartener to make a perfect drink for me. He came back with a chocolate martini a perfectly mixed drink and choice! My dining partners soda never got fully empty and was refilled at every choice moment. I was very impressed. The black bean dip they bring with the wonderful salsa is very tasty as well. Another point i was very impressed with; after giving our food orders the meals arrived in litereally five minutes. Wow! For my meal I ordered chicken crispy tacos, outstanding!!! the chicken wasn't dry as it usually is at other resturaunts and full of flavor they give you a huge side of cheese to dress your tacos with. Also the rice is unique from other mexican places very good and fresh. My other experience was New years eve at 7:30 there was a 30 minute wait but once we got out table the food was once again out promptly.

Food so good it is unreal. Same great food as the Oak Cliff location, but a lot ritzier. Service was a bit slow at times. Overly potent margaritas -- one was plenty. Nice view of lake from many tables.
