Best Color in Uptown. I've been going to Richard for somtime now - he is the best at color. I like that he listens to what you want and you do not leave feeling like he did your hair how he wanted to do it. I also had gotten a really bad haircut a few months back at another salon and he was able to make some sense of the disaster. He colored and trimmed my hair and I feel like a new person.
