In Short – This way-too-tiny pizza joint may be a tad bigger than the wood fired pizza oven it houses. With just eight tables and a short counter space, there isn't much elbow room between diners. Pizzas arrive on tall stand to bunk on top of a second dish like cheese and meat antipasti or Caprese salad. Signature pizza, San Daniele is topped with imported prosciutto and arugula. Despite long waits, young servers take on a leisurely pace.

Overpriced for Tiny Pizzas

by emoser99 at Citysearch

I ordered a couple metro (their largest) which they state serves 2-3 people. I guess they meant 2-3 kids as even I could have finished one of their pizzas (5'5, 115lbs woman). The toppings were skimpy so even if they were the "best quality"; they couldn't have cost more than a dollar. The crust was burnt and the pizza was cold upon arrival. I ended up ordering Papa Johns for my other guests. I can't believe this place is still in business. I have been to Italy many times; and even over there they wouldn't charge so much for such a pizza. To make matters worse, they put a buy one get one free coupon on the top of my pizza boxes...just to let me know the margins they make off of people like me!

  • Pros: little restaurant
  • Cons: Way overpriced; $22 for a pizza that serves 1-2 people

Decent pizza lacks ambience

by seating1 at Citysearch

The pizza here is pretty decent for Dallas but unfortunately the place just lacks some ambience and not near enough room makes it difficult to enjoy. I hear that a new one is being built in Victory maybe they will get it right at that location.

  • Pros: Decent pizza
  • Cons: lacks ambience and space

Overrated and pricey!

by fiore1 at Citysearch

Way overrated. Crust had charred areas. It was like crunching on charcoal, and also very pricey. I can find better elsewhere.

  • Cons: Bad parking. Too expensive.
