Best Pizza Damn Pizza...Period. The problem with this pizza is that after you have it, you begin craving it for your next meal. I have been going to Olivella's for three years now. It is consistent and has better flavor and texture than any pizza I have ever had. Two varieties: Roman and Neopolitan style. Another problem: the lasagna is the best I've had anywhere. Now, when I go, I order a Metro 1/2 black turffle, 1/2 Dream and a lasagna on the side.

very good pizza. Definitely, one of the better pizza places in DFW- no question about it. However, there is one other place serving authentic neopolitan pies that we clearly like better (don't know if I can/should mention the name here because I don't want people to think that work there and try to take business away from this place...). So, in short, if you are in the SMU area and you are craving GOOD pizza, then this place if a very good one to go to...

What a find ?!?!. My friends and I just found this place. If you think you'll miss it, it's tucked behind a hamburger joint by SMU. And speaking of SMU, the well trained SMU servers are charming and professional. The Observer is right for calling it "The best pizza in Dallas", nothing is in Olivella's league. What I liked the most is their afternoon happy hour special where you can buy 1 metro (their large ) pizza and get a second of equal or lesser value FREE. ---2:30 to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. We got lucky enough to be there during that time and I can't wait to go back.

Rachel Ray loves it and so do I !!. Is it really possible that we have a pizza place in Dallas that Rachael Ray ranked as one of the best in the country? Does the Pizza live up to its billing?

Not only the thin pizza ( Roman and Neopolitan styles ) but the lasagna is like my Grandmas'-- bellissimo ! --and the sandwiches are out of this world ! For less that $10 you can get the best sandwich in dallas and a fresh garden salad. What's not to like about this place?

Found a Gem in Dallas finally !!. Best Pizza dough I have ever had. We eat there a couple times a week and I never feel bloated, but always plenty full. My girlfriend and I love it because it's romantic, fun, and definately the real deal. I am going to keep telling my friends about it. Oh and I ran into the Owner while we were there last time, and they have a new location opening up in late Spring near the American Airlines Center Downtown. We will have to go by there before a game.

How can you pass this up??. This is as good as any pizza I have had in this country. I grew up in NYC and travelled Italy and Europe heavily, and I can find no comparison anywhere. Homemade mozzarella daily, tomatoes imported from Italy for the secret sauce, traditional wood burning oven, I just cannot say enough. You have to get over there. The wait is well worth it.

Incredible Pizza. There is no other pizza in Dallas that compares. Anyone who knows Pizza will tell you the same.

Overpriced for Tiny Pizzas. I ordered a couple metro (their largest) which they state serves 2-3 people. I guess they meant 2-3 kids as even I could have finished one of their pizzas (5'5, 115lbs woman). The toppings were skimpy so even if they were the "best quality"; they couldn't have cost more than a dollar. The crust was burnt and the pizza was cold upon arrival. I ended up ordering Papa Johns for my other guests. I can't believe this place is still in business. I have been to Italy many times; and even over there they wouldn't charge so much for such a pizza. To make matters worse, they put a buy one get one free coupon on the top of my pizza boxes...just to let me know the margins they make off of people like me!

Decent pizza lacks ambience. The pizza here is pretty decent for Dallas but unfortunately the place just lacks some ambience and not near enough room makes it difficult to enjoy. I hear that a new one is being built in Victory maybe they will get it right at that location.

Overrated and pricey!. Way overrated. Crust had charred areas. It was like crunching on charcoal, and also very pricey. I can find better elsewhere.
