In Short – Bursting with color, the storefront dining room features exposed wooden beams, potted plants, and slate tiling. Self-seating at tables, booths or cushioned seating areas lined with abundant green and blue throw pillows. Yucca fries, topped with queso fresco and cilantro, are served with two dipping sauces. Choose from nearly a dozen taco options--red snapper, ahi tuna, and the vegetarian poblano, potato & zucchini taco are all flavorful choices. Healthier eaters forgo tortillas for lettuce.

Cool cocktails, tasty tacos

This place is great! The service can be a little slow at times, but if you can nab one of the 4 or 5 seats at the bar, you're golden. I am a huge fan of their mango mojitos. Not too sweet, and they taste TOTALLY authentic and fresh...and just a bit different. The tacos are also the best bet - go for the corn side. Delish!

Although the portions are not huge, the taste here IS.
Plenty of salsas to choose from. Some unique flavors in here as well.
The Yuca fries are of some controversy. I personally love yuca fries, and these are skinny and chewy, though they are fairly tasty when cooked right, which these are not. I still risk trying them.
The rice is great, and the pork in this place is is good. Fair prices, sometimes you can get skimped on the portion, but a nice breath of fresh air amongst the Mexican fair in Dallas.
- Pros: Great taste, and spice.
- Cons: Portions can be too small. Yuca fries are not always great
