Uptown Locators was super easy and very helpful in my apartment search. My agent David and Yana were prompt at returned my emails with a few minutes. They were able to find the best apartment within my price range and the exact area I wanted. I thoroughly enjoy the experience and just recommended Uptown Locators to my sister on her search.

This is my second time using this service and I must say it was one of the most favorable experience for me. The movers were very professional and the move went really well. Yana was waiting out front for me.We had some conversation about what I wanted in an apartment and the area I wanted to live in. Yana then took me to 5 properties that all met my expectations.I had a difficult time trying to pick the best one. I spoke to Yana that evening and he helped me pick the apartment. Yana was great and made looking for a apartment FUN.

Way to go local company! I like to see Arlington based companies doing well and I recently noticed Uptown Locators has started live-support 24 hours a day. Admittedly, looking for an apartment at 4am is not the best strategy, but I pinged them with a live chat and the person was helpful. Very nice staff as well as a good company. We rented an apartment from Uptown Locators in November of 2012, and from initial contact through the complete rental, the service was impeccable. Our representative walked us through he simple process, and was with us each step of the way. I felt assured that if there was a problem, he was there to help.Once we arrive, the apartment was just as we were told. The location was phenomenal, our host was gracious. We came to uptown locators with a single afternoon to find an apartment. Yana was great, knew exactly what questions to ask (both to us and to the leasing offices) and within a few hours, we had the perfect place for us! my partner and I were a little nervous since neither of us knows the area, and there are so many rental options! We could not have asked for a better experience, and would recommend Uptown Locators very highly.

I have used Uptown Locators twice and both times have been awesome. They really do give you the free move or the rebate. Our consultant was David and he was and still is so friendly and always answered all of our questions with no problems. He has great relationships with the apartment communities and got us some awesome deals that you can't get by going directly through the apartment community. I refer people to Uptown Locators all the time and I would DEFINITELY use them again! Thanks Uptown Locators.

I've been using Uptown Locators for my last three apartments, and I'd recommend them to anybody looking to move. They always make sure I'm taken care of and get the best rates available. I've used the free move and the cash option, and have been satisfied with both. David is always on top of things, and makes sure he suggests the right properties for my personal taste and budget.
