In Short – Inside a small but lively dining area, pictures of St. Louis landmarks and sports teams hang on the faux burgundy walls while customers treat themselves to a slice. The St. Louis-style pizza is made on a thin, crackery crust and topped with a six-blend "provel" cheese. A traditional, hand-tossed pizza is available, as is a selection of calzones, strombolis, wings and pepperoni rolls. Specialty pizzas include the "Garden Delight" and "Mighty Meaty" and more.
St. Louis Style???
by Papini
I travel to NY and Chicago a lot so I thought I knew everything about pizza. When I moved to Allen, I stumbled into this place offering St. Louis style pizza (among others). I have to admit that I had never heard of St. Louis pizza before but decided to try it and it was delicious! It reminded me of NY thin crust pizza the most. The best part was the toppings which were fresh and great. I will definitely be going back.
P.S. It's BYOB too!
- Pros: Great tasting!

Best Pizza EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
by MattandBritt
My name is Brittany. My boyfriend, Matt and I live in Allen, Texas. We recently went to Fifth Street Pizza for the first time and LOVED it. I wish I had tried it before this. It's SO good, it just like melts in your mouth!!! Not to mention the amazing customer service. They are SO nice and welcoming. We just called them tonight and it was 10:05 and the delivery guy was about to walk out the door and he said he would go ahead and deliver it to us tonight! It was so nice of them. Fifth street pizza is the only pizza we're ordering now!!!!!! It's on Alma and Mcdermott, on the Southeast corner. Check it out!! :)
The most unique pizza I have ever had........Great stuff!

This was my first time trying St. Louis style pizza so I really did not expect it to be much different than any other pizza. I was wrong. Honestly, I have never had pizza that tasted like this before. It is a thin crust with a very creamy cheese that is unlike mozerella. My wife and I split one, and it is so rich that we had leftovers. My kids had the traditional pizza, so everyone was happy. Both pizza's were delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere is family friendly. If you like to support local businesses, this is a win-win for everyone. Great food, great price and simply a great choice. I am only sorry it took me so long to discover it. Oh, and the 80's album covers are a nice touch. Reminds me of college.
