Unreliable and unprofessional. After making several appointments, she kept canceling and rescheduling. I feel for the lady who she stood up on her wedding day, although I am not surprised after how difficult she was to deal with. When we finally had our appointment, i could not believe the things she was saying. a little TMI. It's too bad she's not more dependable in business/life because she is really good at doing hair.

When people hear bad things about you, they will wonder whether or not they are true. An unfortunate attribute of human nature is to believe gossip. However, if you are truly a person of character, that will become obvious to people over time. Although false accusations make it possible for your reputation to be tarnished for a short period of time, continuing to do the right thing will, in the long run, allow the strength of your character to shine.

BEWARE!! If you are looking for someone who is unreliable, untrustworthy, unprofessional and who DOES NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR WEDDING DAY then Kristie Luv is the person for you! I booked Kristie for my wedding and wrote her a check for my trial session which also included the deposit for her to do my hair and makeup on my wedding day... SHE CASHED THE CHECK BEFORE THE WEDDING AND NEVER CALLED, TEXTED OR BOTHERED TO SHOW UP that morning!!! My bridesmaids and I tried to contact her over and over again that morning with no response from her until 6PM that night. Our wedding started at 2pm and our reception started at 5pm. She texted that she was sorry, that something had happened that morning and that she would send me my deposit back. My wedding was in August... It's December and she STILL hasn't sent my deposit back after multiple calls and text messages back and forth from the day of the wedding. She claimed that she already mailed a check out to me twice but I have yet to receive anything in the mail. With all the excuses she’s given me and lack of communication on her end, there’s no way that I can believe the original excuse she gave me for not showing up on my wedding day. FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND... FIND SOMEONE who you can depend on. No one deserves to have a vendor not show up on your wedding day AND NOT refund your hard earned money!!

The Absolute Best Haircut!. Kristie is great. Easily gives the best men’s haircut in Dallas! My girlfriend goes to Kristie and recommended her to me a few months ago & I have not considered letting anyone else cut my hair since. My own mother even asked who was doing my hair now b/c she said it was the best haircut I’ve ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Kristie and the overall experience. Highly recommended! And Kristie has a great new setup too, so check it out!

5 Years!. So help me God, I have never stayed with one stylist for more than 2 months. I'm totally OCD, and I'm very picky about how people cut my hair. Let's put it this way - I lived in Uptown, and moved to Colleyville two years ago + I own a business - YET, I still travel alllll the way out to Dallas to have my hair cut by Kristie. Take the hint.

Waste of time and money. I think she is out of her mind crazy and anyone that goes to her better be aware that the hair cut they will get is CRAP and she provides horrible service! I can’t believe she had the guts to even charge me for it. She didn’t show up on time and then came up with horrible excuses as to why she was late. Then when she started cutting my hair she kept answering text messages she was getting on her phone. I’m the client paying her she should be giving me the attention and can answer text when she is done. I should have walked out right then but I didn’t and now I have a horrific haircut that I have to go get fixed by someone else. I’m telling you stay clear of this one as she is the most awful stylist I have ever been to.

Not that great. Thought I would give her a try since she had only one bad review but I was not really that happy. She is nice but I didn't really like the hair cut and I will not go back. I would have to disagree with the comment below about her being a genius. I thought she was nice and all but at the same time she is a little weird and is a little old to be talking about partying all over the city. The location is good but I would much rather go out of my way to get a great cut then just an OK one.

Amazing Talent!. OK, I owe Kristie big time! I placed my wife in her hands a few weeks ago and the results were amazing! Gentlemen, trust me on this one. She has an enormous talent! Your wife or girlfriend will think you are a genius. Of course I am :-) Anywhoo, I talked her into cutting my hair too.

best hair stylist in dallas. i have gone to kristie luv for 16 years and would not go to anyone else. i live in ft worth and i come to dallas just to get my hair done. i would recommend her to anyone. she must be doing something right since she has been voted best blonde in d magazine several times.

My one and only stylist. She first styled my hair 12 years ago and have never gone elsewhere. I trust her completely. The first time I met with her I had no idea what I wanted to do and she took control and gave me the best cut and color I'd ever had. That experience and talent has kept me a loyal client for life. I highly recommend her.
