Will never go back. We went for dinner on Saturday night and was expecting something nice and fun. Instead, we received disappointing and overpriced. They could not seat us at the Hibachi table so we were seated at a small table by the front door. Every time the door opened the cold air hit us like ice. The food is the same price at a dinky little table as if you were at one of the big tables in the back. And the serving we received was ½ what you get anywhere else and it tasted like it had been reheated more than once. Service was slow and overall we left very unhappy. We won’t be back.…
Worst service ever!!!!.
I was throwing a surprise party for my husband. I called and hour before reservation to see if I could add 2 more to our 9 people already. The manger said No, then put me on hold for a while came
back and said only if we are done in an hour.We get there and The restaurant was empty so I assumed we really didnt need to leave in an hour.
So we continued to have dinner which by the way our chef cooked and that was it.. did not say a word or even try to be friendly. After dinner Our waiter was no where to be found and I had a friend bring cake and give to waiter before we arrived. So I went back to the kitchen and said I need my cake please. The manger pulled me aside and said "I told you over the phone I needed your party done by now, after you eat your cake you need to leave." I was shocked so whatever I had to put a smile on and continue parrty. Then had to ask for plates and forks and as the manager paced our table the rest of time. I shouted were just waiting on our checks! Needless to say DO NOT GO THERE, THE FOOD NOT GOOD, SERVICE NOT GOOD, MANGER SUCKS AND RUDE.…
Terrible Service. I visited their new location in McKinney on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was not crowded, there were three other tables there at the time. The hostess was very nice and accommodating and we were sat right away. Since it was a weekday they only had one hibachi chef on duty. It was over an hour before they finally started cooking our food. They ran out of soup. Our server didn't even tell us they had run out of soup. We had to flag down another server who then brought us our soup right away. The soup wasn't even good. Our hibachi chef had no personality. I ordered a combo of shrimp and chicken which costs $24. I proceeded to get 6 shrimp total, 1 being the shrimp appetizer included with the meal. A complete ripoff for what it costs. The vegetables were below standard. I asked to talk to the manager and basically voiced my issues, she was not accepting and basically blowing me off. Horrible customer service, there was no sorry, or I apologize let me get you three shrimp, anything. She offered to comp 10% of my plate, I wasn't complaining to get a free meal, I just wanted her to know that the food wasn't good and that they should really rethink their portions for what they are charging. Basically the problem could have been easily solved with a smile, an apology and a small compensation. Enough said, the bill comes and there's an extra entree on our bill and no discount. I didn't care about the discount, I just wanted to be out of there. The server then proceeds to argue saying that we did have another entree. Finally they realize it's their mistake and take it off, seriously how hard is it to calculate a bill. Still no apology or anything. Meanwhile we have barely seen our server the whole time, another server was refilling our drinks and it wasn't even crowded. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, it's not run well, the food isn't comparable to any other hibachi restaurants in the area, it's overpriced, and the service is poor.…
