Lisa Rocks!!!. This store is great and the manager Lisa is the best at customer service, style, and overall experience, she very well versed in a wide variety of cuts and colors. I felt right at home there. And even when the shop is busy she still takes time to let you know you are important. They even offer call aheads. I'll never go anywhere else as long as she is there.

Have to get the right person. Ask for Rodney, he's great and consistently gives a good cut. I've been taking my teenage son to him for years, since pre-teen. He's very considerate of what we want. Only once we trusted someone else and my son left with some sort of strange Emo cut that grew out even stranger. Ask for Rodney!

They never listen!! Go somewhere else if possible!. I have gone there a few times noe with my 2 sons and my daughter. My daughter who went once had a great experience with a lovely haircut just the way she wanted it. My sons only get the right haircut when this particular bald but very cute african-american male cuts there hair (I apologize for not knowing his name). Their turn over rate seems to be very high and I think it must be due to the crappy work everyone else does. The last couple times I needed mine cut was spur of the moment and no time to make an apt with my regular beautician. The same lady did my hair both times. I almost had to fight with her to keep her from using the Razor on my hair and explain why. How ridiculous-why should I have to explain anything-if I don't want it used, just put it down. The second time I went in for a much shorter haircut and was very clear in what I wanted and she said she understood. However, while I was watching my daughter in the mirror and not paying much attention to my lady (BIG MISTAKE) she got out the D*MN razor and started on the back of my hair. I then told her I didnt want the razor used and didnt appreciate her doing that. She just said sorry and explained HER reason for wanting to do it- FUNNY I THOUGHT I GOT TO PICK WHAT HAPPENED TO MY HAIR. Although the cut was close to what I wanted and cute, I know have to let about 4 inches in the back now grow back out to where I wanted AND HAD IT TO BEGIN WITH.
