As good as an other Pei Wei, but the service is lacking. We used to order pick-up from this location once a week, and would dine in from time to time. While the food is almost always wonderful, we've had several issues with service here. On a few occasions when we ordered to-go, the order was either incorrect or took too long. When you phone in, they often tell you 30+ minutes, no matter what, but if you tell them you''ll be there quicker, they'll usually make it quicker. I've had to push them on this before, b/c a couple times, people coming in to order to-go, got their order before me. On one occasion when dining in, they got my order wrong and my boyfriend's order never came out. When it finally did, it too was wrong. This was after several issues with to-go, so we did complain to the manager and he made good by giving us $40 in gift cards. Overall, I would give their food 4-5 stars, but because of the service issues we've had, they lose a star.
