What an experience. My daugter made our appts months in advance for Nov. 21,2009. It was my son's wedding. Hers was for syle, mine for cut and style. Her stylist was running behind and asked her to wait a few minutes. No problem. Mine informed me that she only had me down for a cut. I explained that the appt was for style as well and made months ago. No time. At this point, my daughter informed her that she would indeed fix my hair as it was an important day. After some debate, she agreed and it was quite painful. She pulled my hair as she was curling it. First style was beyond horrid. I was completely demoralized at this point, but my daughter was angry. She told her to "soften" it up. It took three times to get a decent style, but eventually worked.

Luckily, her stylist gave her a pretty style first time.

I generally don't do reviews, but this was beyond belief. Other cusomers overheard, stylists overheard and yet not a word of apology was spoken to us.
