Terrible. Do not let James D Holloway touch your furniture. He ruined my piece of furniture! He damaged the frame in 50 places, and never took the old fabric off the furniture, he just covered it up with the new furniture and lied about it! He never changed the pillow stuffing or cushion stuffing. He made new pillows, which didn't even fit the furniture, out of old stuffing! He is a crook! I had to have someone else fix his mess and they could not believe what he did! There is way more to mention that he did wrong. The upholstery job cost me way more in the end!
