Great Viet food for pennies. I have shopped at the Asian market next door to the restaurant for years, but never had the time to stop at Bistro B. Today I decided to stop and grab some food for a long drive, and finally try this place.

When I walked in the door, the place was packed (always a good sign). When I got to the counter to order my food, I didn't see any prices, but figured that a Bahn Mi and some eggrolls couldn't be too expensive. I was right! I got a great sandwich and 4 small eggrolls for under $4! After I paid for my food and got out of the way to wait for it, I noticed they have an amazing selection of Asian drinks and desserts. If it had been less crowded (it was lunchtime) I would have gotten back in line. As it is, I am definitely planning on going back to have a seat and try more of the great food this place has to offer.

Great food and very reasonably priced!. The food here is great and they give you a lot of food. This place is very popular and is usually pretty crowded but I have never had trouble getting a table. Prices are very reasonable. I live in Carrollton and make the drive to eat here maybe two times a month. I think the person that gave the bad review below is probably from a competitor located close by.

HORRIBLE!. Two weeks ago I bought some egg rolls togo and to my surprised the first bite was full of lemony "freshness". The rolls have begun their first stage of decomposition: sourness. I went back today for some “banh gio” and to my horror, they were also spoiled. Never coming back.

Greatest Vietnamese/Pho outside of Southeast Asia.. Bistro B is actually a Vietnamese/Pho restaurant, not French as citysearch indicates right now.

The menu is amazing. There are over 300 menu items including soups, rice dishes, noodle bowls, spring rolls, and so much more. They also do family style and have a wide variety of delicious tea based drinks.

All of the food is incredibly fresh, the unfried spring rolls are amazing. It is very fast paced with lots of servers running all over the place. Severs don't have sections so you probably won't see the same one twice. This speeds everything up and allows for better service.

It is also very affordable and the portions are huge. Stays open late on the weekends and it's pretty much always busy but turnover is fast. You've got to try it!
