Do not waste your time and money

Terrible service and very deceptive. I was tricked by Ed Fowlers staff (Rhonda) into staying with this agency by making my first month payment very cheap. Then my monthly payments jumped up substantially after that first payment and nobody could explain to me why, except for the fact they were making up for making the first payment so cheap. (Also meanwhile trying to convince me that it was my fault)
If you work hard for your DOLLARS and your TIME is valuable to you, please avoid this agency at all costs. There are way too many agencies, as well as insurance companies fighting to service you, don't get stuck with these incompetent con artists.

- Cons: too much to list, just stay away.
