Mark and i have done business together now for 22 years. He is my third State Farm agent and by far my most knowledgeable and helpful of all. His kindness and personable service has been a great fit for me and my

Family. I used his model with my 50 some odd salespeople as an example to follow. I am a lucky guy to have him as an agent and friend.

I have always heard good things about State Farm Insurance and always wanted to be an insured, once I gave my information for my quote, I was assigned to Emily Gumbel with Mark Caudle's State Farm. She has been wonderful, great very knowledgeable and very. They have impeccable customer service, and very honest and ethical. I have since singed up or additional policies with the company because of their undeniable financial stability. I have my car, home, and some additional policies with them and they have been GREAT. I want to be with them for the next 40 years.

Great Agent!. Kory and I just wanted to write a short letter thanking you for being our agent you really have done a great job. I feel every time I call with a question your secretary is able to help or if she does not know the answer will get back in a timely manner. I also appreciate your calling and following up with us when we moved as well as offering new suggestions for the house as it pertains to the personal property. I always feel you are talking care of our needs as well as you are always asking questions and offering help to Madison with her college fund as well as making sure she has life insurance. I feel you are not just any agent but one that truly cares about your clients needs. Thanks again for your help. I am a new client of State Farm Insurance and wish to express my appreciation for the services your company offers. Let me take this opportunity to let you know how grateful I am that Amber expedited my request for services immediately thus eliminating a $35 charge that I would have incurred from my apartment complex for not having declaration of renters insurance.

Extremely satisfied with their service. We have worked with Emily Gumbel with Mark Caudle State Farm for several years and are very pleased with the level of service she has provided. They are able to answer our questions and make any changes to our account in a timely manner. We have had to file several claims over the years and they have been there to provide direction. We are extremely satisfied with Mark Caudle State Farm and will continue to do business them.

Excellent Experience. My experience with Mark Caudle State Farm has been excellent. I recently got married so I needed to change my name with my agent. Out of all of the places where I needed to change my name, Mark’s agency by far had the easiest and smoothest process. My agent, Mark Caudle, was very prompt in changing my name on all of my policies and within a week, I had copies of everything that was changed from my maiden name to my married name. I have found that even though this company is expanding every year with more and more clientele, they still seem to make you feel like you are their number one priority. Superb service with friendly, personable staff was just what I was looking for. State Farm really does feel like my good neighbor!
