One of the worst places we have ever eaten. Our food was cold and nasty...not good at all. We did not eat any of it and complained to the manager. Instead of comping the bill we had to pay for food that was horrilbe and never touched. That is not right or how you keep customers. Judging from the people eating in the restaruant I dont think they would know good food it it hit them. This was our first time there and this is what we got. The place was dirty and looked like it had many health violations. If you are one of the people writing good reviews that the food was great you must have been paid for your review. It was unnaceptable and inapproriate what we experienced
Great Happy Hour Specials. This place might be a 4.5 star if it weren't for their happy hour specials. They have 2 liters of beer for $5.00! Their food is very good with all flavors blending perfectly. Their service isn't the best, but isn't too bad.
GREAT THAI.
GREAT FOOD BUT WHAT HAPPEND TO YOUR DALLAS LOCATION?
IS THAT EVEN THE SAME COMPANY. THEY WENT DOWN THE HILL. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO PLANO LOCATION.
Great Thai Food Late. As a night owl, it is very hard to find restaurants that are open after midnight that aren't Ihop or Steak and Shake. Not only is Zenna open until 3 am but they also deliver until 3 am- you can't beat that! Their food is great as well- I'm particularly partial to the spring rolls and Thai fried rice. If you are up late and have a craving for good Thai food Zenna is the place to go.
Fusion is confusion. Don't expect too much for their sushi and rolls. You will be disappointed. Their Thai food was tasted ok. Asian fusion is very confused. Their price is decent but you pretty much pay for what you can get. We didn't enjoy at all. Not recommended.
Rude and unprofessional management. When we first went in, no one was at the front to greet us. We waited for about 5 minutes before someone came up. The female manager has one of the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She talked like we owe her money. Food we ordered: California roll was ok. Pad Thai was too sweet and soggy. Drunken noodle was horrible, the whole dinner experience was "disappointing" and "forgetable". We won't go back !
Incredible Food! Perfect Service!. Perfect food. Perfect service. Beautiful table and food presentation! Happy hour 7 days a week from 3 to 7 p.m. with 50 cent draft beer. I have been there during non-traditional lunch or dinner hours and still received outstanding service and freshly prepared food. This is an outstanding restaurant on the east side of 75 Central Expressway, near Park in Plano. I highly recommend it!
Plano's BEST!! Creative dishes, great sauces and VERY affordable. Nothing over $11!!!!!. Went to Zenna for the first time tonight. The menu has so many choices. I ordered 3 different appetizers in place of an entree. The chicken basil wraps were the best I had ever had. and the SAUCE!!!! Wow. It was their version of a sweet and sour sauce, but had a kick and a hint of basil. Seriously tasty. The steamed chicken dumplings were great, and again the SAUCE was amazing. Last but not least the corn cakes were sween corn and some type of green veggie, maybe spinich, deep fried in a sweet batter. No sauce needed, and they were amazing! Should have been a dessert!! Their happy hour is good enough to attract us there this coming Easter Sunday! 50 cent drafts 3pm-7pm! And THE BEST PART!!! They are open till 3am every night!!
Nandina fans will get a kick out of this Asian fusion spot in Plano..
In Short
Having had great success with his Lower Greenville Thai-Japanese fusion offering, Nandina, owner Dave Derek moved north and presents a restaurant with the same concept in Plano. With an open dining area and modern decor, Mr. Derek brings a new environment, but essentially the same kitchen crew and wait staff from the Dallas spot. The fused menu offers items like tuna tartare, soft-shelled crab, pad Thai and many selections of sushi and sashimi.
Hits: Unbelievable daily happy hour deals include $0.50 drafts, $2 wells, $2 frozen margaritas, $2 hot sake, $4.50 Sake Bombs, $1 select sushi and 1/2 price select rolls.
Misses: The location off of I-75 and Park Boulevard makes Zenna a little hard to get to because drivers have to exit and loop back across the highway.
