Amazing. This was my first time using Parker Brothers and I am amazed by the results. My carpet looks brand new! Doug and Brad were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Parker Brothers to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned.

The Best of The Best!. I had called several carpet cleaners looking for someone to make an exception. It was Friday evening and without fail, I find out I've got relatives coming in, Saturday. My new kitten decides to get mud prints all over the house.

I thought I was doomed but Parker Brothers, took my late call and without hesitation confirmed that they would be able to help. Showed up at 7:00 am and did a perfect job! The relatives thought it was brand new carpet!

Fantastic service. We have used Parker Brothers several times over the past couple of years. In fact, we had an opportunity to use them twice in one day. After cleaning our carpets and making them look brand new my lab decided to get sick and make a mess on the stairs that were still damp from their earlier visit. We called and explained the situation and Parker Brothers came back out after hours and had the carpet looking great within minutes.

What's great is that they take the time to ask what our needs are, they explain the process they will be performing, and they work as a unit to ensure complete satisfaction.

Superior service. This was my third occasion to use the Parker Brothers.

Parker Brothers Carpet cleaning is the complete package.

Not only did they work with my tight schedule, they move the furniture, clean the carpets, and cleaned the sectional that was embedded with cat fur. The couch looked new again.

They were fast and efficient and friendly.

My house looked great for my visitors.

Very good emergency service. Family business. Very pleasant to have in your home. Professional results at very reasonable rates. Will refer to friends and neighbors. This service was for a flood emergency. Several others companies did not answer their phone.

Excellent carpet cleaning. Yes, 2 Parker brothers did come to the house.

They are energetic and started working as they introduced themselves.

They are friendly and easy going and made me feel comfortable having people in the house while I worked in a different room. I did not feel that I needed to micromanage them to get the job done.

The furniture was moved and the carpet was vacuumed and then treated and then washed.

They are pet friendly and the 16 year old carpet looked great.

I was very surprised how quick this task was for them.

Great for busy parents!. We are a busy family with kids, dogs, and parents all trying to co-exist on the same carpets. Parker Brothers Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on our carpets in Frisco. They also worked wonders on two older area rugs. We would not hesitate to refer to family and friends.

Great partnership for me to work with.. It was a absolute pleasure to work with the Parker Brothers. They where kind,courteous and did a great job on some pretty dirty carpets in my house.

this was the best experience i have ever had with a carpet cleaning company! they even worked around our busy holiday schedule.

Very friendly...great job!. Friendly from the moment they walked in the door. It is obvious they love what they do. If you are thinking about changing out your carpets in this economy, give them a chance....your carpet's will look great! They gave good advice on fixing small maintenance issues and are completley professional and very friendly. I will continue to call them as our carpets need TLC.
