If you want to really sweat your behind off - this is the place! This isn't a fluff-filled workout - my entire body feels it - great staff and a really fun place to go! Thought it was going to be muscle heads, but, soon realized that it's anybody and everybody, at all levels, joining in the classes. They even have kid's classes. You have to try it!

This is absolutely the best workout on the planet! The staff are all very friendly and the instructors know their stuff! They have bags, a ring, weights, a mat room....just about everything you would possibly need for a great workout! Thanks LA Boxing!
