Very Smart Dr. with Great Staff. I was already seeing Dr. Ewing for back spasms when I was putting in my contacts one morning and SNAP. Out of nowhere I had this horrible pain in my upper back, near my spine. I was MISERABLE. I went to see Dr. Ewing as soon as I could and after asking me just two questions he knew what I had done...I had dislocated a rib. He has so much knowledge it is fascinating. He told me exactly what to expect and when you follow his instructions you will get the results.

I have no more problems with my rib, but also feel relief from the pains that originally brought me to him. I would highly recommend him.…

Great Chiropractors!. I have had chronic back pain for years and years and have finally found a place able to help me with it! After trying many different options that produced no or minimal results, I went to North Dallas Chiropractic and they had me "straightened out" very quickly! My chronic back pain was gone for good after 5-7 visits, but I could tell a difference after the first visit. My back felt great until about a year later when I fell off a roof and landed on my back. Two maybe three visits after that and I was feeling great again and continue too today! Both times I went, I would brag about them on my facebook status and friends would inquire about where I was going to get this treatment. Through those inquiries I have sent 3-4 people to ND Chiropractic and all of them have been very satisfied! I hope I don't fall off any roofs anytime soon but, if i do I know the first place I will go is to see Dr. Ewing!…

Won"t Be Disappointed. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and I can honestly say that North Dallas Chiropractic has it right. Take it from a chiropractic regular, they are one of the best offices in town. Trust me, the office is very nice, from the equipment to the decor. Don't believe me, go check a couple out, you won't be disappointed in the service or the treatment.

People need to be honest with their ratings. Obviously, some have not been in other offices, or they don't understand how treatment works. I've started treatment at North Dallas Chiropractic for a new injury and have been completely satisfied. The doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is very helpful and considerate of my time to insure I get taken care of and back to work in the time I need.

Take it from a satisfied patient, you won't be disappointed in this office! I'm very thankful that I found them and you will be too!…

I Love This Place!!. I have been to several Chiropractors and by far this is the best place for chiropractic treatment. The staff is very friendly which I love and the doctors are very knowledgeable and thorough!! I am very happy with the services they provide. They have got me feeling a 100%!
