Incompented and careless people and Vets.
I took my Border Collie for a minor treatment and after they took my dog in the back room to give him a shot
He came out bloody from his mouth and in shock
After that my dog bled through his nose and has not recovered for days now
I don't know what the hell did But don;t take your dog to them besides they charge outrageous prices
Years ago i found a dog that was injured and took it to them pay them on demand and after all after i found the Owner of the dog they put him to slip even though I told the that I will pay for the expenses and not to kill the puppy
Bad!Bad vet and help…
Our Dog died under their care.
I stopped using this expensive vet years ago when my husband lost his job. I now use Banfield. However, I continued buying heartworm prevention from VCA FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS, I have purchased it
from them every six months for the past ten years. However, today I was told they wouldn't sell it to me anymore, even after I had Banfield fax over his current negative heartworm test from 3 months ago and current shot records.
That's not the worst of it! We brought our other dog, 9-yr-old chihuahua, in to VCA for emergency vet care after an infection from a neighbor's dog bite, and they gave him a shot and said he'd be fine! They sold us an expensive antibiotic that we were supposed to start him on the next day! BUT WE COULDN'T GIVE HIM THE ANTIBIOTIC THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE HE DIED OVER-NIGHT! We were devastated! AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US FOR THE UNTOUCHED ANTIBIOTIC, EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE EXPENSIVE VET CARE! If you love your dog do not bring him to this INCOMPETENT vet!…
