The worst sushi place ever

I drove for over an hoping to enjoy good sushi. Instead, I had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes to be exact for my teryaki salmon to come out. The food was cold, 15 minutes later the waiter brings my veggies because he forgot it. I ate two bites then I get to third to find my fish not cooked and tasteless. It takes them 45 more minutes to recook the fish. It was an awful awful experience that I wish to never repeat. Also, it was over priced, I paid $22 for 6oz salmon and steamed rice. I am never going back. Hated it.

BEST Sushi in Dallas!!!!

The staff is EXCELLENT. The sushi is fresh and the mizo soup is the most flavorful anywhere in the world.

We've tried almost every sushi restaurant in Dallas. This is the best we've found, bar none. We give it our highest recommendation!

• Pros: Best sushi rolls in Dallas. Period.
• Cons: NONE.

We eat at Sushi Star all the time! The service is great and the sushi is even better! We call ahead and the order is always perfect, to a tee!

Great Place to eat Sushi

L a i d back place to eat. LOL had to put spaces in that first word cause citysearch said it is inappropriate. 0_0

Anyways, this place is great to just relax and enjoy the great sushi. Family owned and operated, it gives you that feel of a authentic sushi place unlike other joints where you feel less than welcome.
