Great German Lager Selection. Friendly staff & excellent menu selections make this a great place to eat and drink. They have several flagship germ lagers & ales, plus a seasonal lineup brewed on premises.
Horrible Service.
I have been to the Plano location at the Shops at Legacy on many occasions, and the service has never been fantastic. But on my visit 12/19 the service was SO bad on so many levels.
The waitress, Amber, was rude and terrible all around. She acted as if she was doing us a favor by even showing up at our table. When I advised John on our way out, the manager, he stated this was our fault because "We should have told him before..." and "he already told her once after a complaint to see if she was having a bad day"
