Best kept secret in Dallas!. My husband and I stayed at the Stoneleigh recently and had dinner and breakfast the next morning at Bolla. The food is amazing! All of the dishes thoughtfully prepared and the presentation just as impressive. Loved it so much we went back for Mothers Day brunch. Lovely day with my family. I highly recommend Bolla for anyone wanting an upscale experience that includes beautiful atmosphere, food and service!

Romantic with excellent food and service. Wife and I had dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised with this gem. Every dish was presented beautifully and was just as delicious as it looked. If anything was lacking in service in the past we saw no evidence on our visit. Every dish was explained in detail and we left happy and full. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Dallas

Elegant and private quarters, with excellent food. I have had dinner at Bolla twice; and both times the experience was memorable. There is quiet, privacy, quick and inconspicuous service, delicate and savory food, good wines. One hopes that this high quality and finesse will continue. Bolla is a jewel in Dallas.

Overpriced food paired with bad service. I have tried this place twice now, and I definitely won't be back. Both times the food and the service was bad. I heard good stories about Chef Bull's cooking in Austin, so I wanted to give it a try. I don't mind paying $40 for a dish if it is well executed, but neither the food nor the service is good. The servers had no experience (one was chewing gum while serving) , they didn't even know from which side to serve. They could not recommend a good wine for the meal. The food is boring and not very tasty. I this is supposed to be modern Italian I will stay with the classics.

Signature restaurant at The Stoneleigh Hotel and Spa in Uptown showcases elegant Italian cuisine with a modern twist.. In Short
A separate entrance on Maple Street beckons diners into this modern Italian restaurant. The decor's geometric design and clean lines is fresh interpretation of the hotel's Art Deco history. Bolla, meaning "bull" in Italian, pays homage to Executive Chef and James Beard nominee, David Bull. Inspired by his Italian heritage, Bull's creations include veal cheek piccata; pork belly Diavolo with mozzarella gelato; and beef tenderloin with truffle onion crumble and parmesan potatoes. Ligurian lemon cake is a tart yet sweet ending to the Bolla experience.
