Thumbs Way Down. After dining at this restaurant, I had serious GI problems. I don't normally have stomach problems, but I did after dining here. The Red Coconut Curry Noodles were overcooked and soggy, the broccoli seemed old, and the dish was tasteless. The Hot Humus Wrap was NOT hot and was also tasteless. Never, burp, again, burp.…

Ahh, Spiral. I love this restaurant. It is so refreshing as a vegan to be able to go into a restaurant, sit down, and order anything on the menu that I want, without having to worry about whether or not it's 100% vegan. I especially love the nachos, and the Martha the Librarian shake. Mmmm. As for the complaints about the service, I can only figure that it's a generational thing. When we went here with my father-in-law who is in his 50's, he didn't really like the service either, but my friends, my husband, and I (all in our 20's), don't have any problem with it. I will definitely be visiting this fine establishment many more times in the future.…

Over Rated. Aside from waiting on yourself, (all the "too cool for school" tatooed and pierced wait staff do is bring the food and still expect a tip) I gave it two tries, first time was an imitation chicken salad sandwich which tasted like ground cardboard, not chicken. Second time was the burrito which I wont tell you what the filling looked like and it tasted like it looked, gross. The salads looked good and had easily identifiable ingredients. If I wanted to wait on myself I'd go to a fast food place.…
