What a terrific place to get in touch with your body! Sunstone Yoga is a yoga studio with so many different kinds of classes to take. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable.

Sun Stone Yoga teacher can guide them through an entire session making them laugh and yet exercise. For instance, instead of making them stand in rows and columns, as is done in a typical adult-yoga-batch, the teachers spread the children through the class and take them through a village daily life routine, such as first waking up in the morning, fetching water from the well, cleaning the home, cooking, etc., where in all the postures are done.
