nothing special.

Small Gym! Get's crowded at peak hours (e.g. 8am, 5-8pm). They're closed on Sunday and close at 8:30pm during the weekdays. I watched the trainers from time to time and they're nothing special. Place caters to the 40-50yr age groups. They play a lot of slow chill and rap music - makes you want to fall asleep. All of the weights are cheap plastic and rubber. They never clean the toilets in the mens locker room. They're was crap stuck to the inside of the toilet for 3 weeks - might still be there. Small, non-clean, limited equipment with mediocre trainers.
- Pros: Private Gym
- Cons: Cheap Equipment, Dirty and Unclean
Bootcamp for all levels of the fitness spectrum

Marc is the trainer for the bootcamp class that I attend. He has a tremendous amount of personal vested interest in each and every member of his bootcamp. His classes are fun, dynamic, ridiculously challenging, and highly effective. The classes are appropriate for whatever fitness level you are at currently: people who have never worked out a day in their life to athletes that run half marathons. Many of his clients have trained with Marc for several years. The price of the bootcamp classes are very reasonable.
- Pros: Highly Effective and Enjoyable Workouts
- Cons: none
Good but not Great

Hate to not be on the bandwagon but if you want an honest perspective, my girlfriend trained at stayoung and found them to be just average. The nutrional plan was off, they gave her ridiculously restricted calories. She was tired all the time and they didnt want to adjust her numbers. The level of knowledge of the trainers didn't seem to be as high as they claim. I'm always weary of websites like this are always positive, positive, positive. I felt inclined to share our perspective. There are far more experinced and knowledgable trainers out there.
- Pros: Clean, Friendly atmosphere
- Cons: Pricey, results not as expected
