Best Caretakers I've Ever Had

I'm a young guy and have never seen a doctor "on my own," but have had numerous trips to various pediatricians growing up, none of which were "fun" by any means. Going to Dr. Cole's offices changed that for me.

From the very first minute I walked in the door I was treated like a part of the family. In every visit I've ever made, I've never waited more than five minutes to be seen, or even to come from the waiting room into a treatment room. The nurses call me by name, and every member of the staff goes the extra mile to listen to things I have to say and ask me how I'm doing from visit-to-visit, remembering details about my personal life along the way.

As far as treatment goes, so far so good! I'm a big baby when it comes to shots, but they've somehow managed to defeat my paranoia of needles and turn my visits into a painless experience all the way around. Furthermore, the treatment seems to actually be working. I'm firmly against using pharmaceuticals to treat my allergies as I despise the side effects that they deliver, and the allergy shots have been slowly but surely working their magic and breaking down my reaction to various inhalants into something much, MUCH more manageable than it was before.

I give Dr. Cole, his office, and his entire staff a full 5 stars. I do not have a single complaint, and have been more than thrilled with my treatment thus far. THIS is the way medical care should be done.

The allergy solution

Before I came to doctor Cole's practice I was a mess. I had gone to a couple of different allergists and could not find relief. Within a couple of appointments I have found immediate relief. The staff is great and very helpful as well. They actually remember your name when you come in. This is an awesome practice!

Great doctor and staff, really nice office

I'm so happy I discovered Park Lane Allergy! After being told by another allergist there would be a three week wait, I called Dr. Cole's office in desperation. They were able to get me in the next morning, and I was on a regimen of allergy shots days later. I had suffered for months with severe allergies and sinus infections and finally, with their help, I'm healthy again. Dr. Cole listens and takes his time during visits. Angelina is a master at giving pain free shots, and Heather and Monica make every visit a pleasure. They have all gone above and beyond to help me out! Highly recommended!‎

Thank you for helping us breath again

There are only three things I care about when I go to a doctors office. Did they listen to me, did the treatment work, and are they on my insurance. I have to say a hardcore yes to all three of those. My wife and I got in quick, they helped us with our insurance (I hate deductables!) best they could, but most important Angle and Amalee( sorry I know I butchered that) were really sweet and actually talked with us. The most important part of all, i can breath and sleep. That is the worst when you are so stuffed up you can't sleep! It happends to me every March, April May time. But now I can sleep and breath. Not only that but I got my wife back for spring. Thanx Dr. Cole.

• Cons: I live in Lewisville so it was a little ways away, but worth the drive.

They saved my life!

I went on the recommendation of my doctor, and they have become a lifesaver to me. I used to be sick all the time, now? Once a year, if that. I cannot say enough good things about it! Parmalee, Angel, Monica, and Dr. Cole are family to me, and keep me healthy.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any doubts, call them and let them tell you how they can help!

The best part? Movies in the exam room!
