Happy Ending!. I went back for my second time because I really liked my stylist. Well, it turns out she liked me too I guess... We talked alot during my waxing and she kept saying how much she felt like waxing was a bad experience to leave the salon with. So afterwards she said she could make sure I left with a happy ending. OMG it was the best experience I've ever had at a salon!!! I'm so going back next week!

Another recommendation for Jen B!. Jen saved my wedding! After a horrific trial with another hair salon and only days to go until my big day, I booked an appointment and hoped for the best. Jen was amazing! Not only did she give me the exact updo I wanted, but worked with my rushed timing as well. A+

Nice time for 15th party!. Great experience for my daugter and her friends for her birthday! It was worth every penny!! All of her friends really enjoyed the makeover and loved the conversation! Makeup looked good, toe nails looked good, and their hair looked great.!

Every staff member was wonderful and responsive to every need of ours. My wife and I just sat back and let them to all the work and they certainly did!

I cannot imagine a bad review of this place. Again.. worth every penny! Will do the parties with FRINJ for all 3 of my daughters.

Great Salon with great people!. Took my daughter in for a color correction. They were great! She was patient and really helped build my daughter's self esteem back up after a bad color job elsewhere. Friendly, upbeat and just a overall great experience. I don't live in the Plano area but would drive an hour if I had to to go to Frinj! These people know what they are doing for sure!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES. I sent my wife to Frinj Salon & Spa for valentines and she thought this wasn't a good place to go. First off there was bad communication with the package and the receptionist booked the wrong services and found out after the massage so she ended up paying for a facial in addtion to the package!!! The woman that gave a pedicure told my wife that she didn't even want to be there and didn't even want to help her with her nails for the manicure!!! Just horrible customer serivce all around. I even called to talk to management and was on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up on me. Do I need to say more?

Jenn B #1. Like so many other people I have gone through my fair share of hair cutting, always looking for the one person that would "get it right". Well, after many years of searching I have finally found that person, Jenn B. After many botched attempts by other so-called "experts", my curls were a real mess and in much need of serious TLC. My first visit with her was great! She took a good look at what we were working with and gave me a very educational consultation. At the end of my first visit I could have just hugged her! I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe what a fantastic job she did. This girl understands hair, it?s that simple. Before I left I made sure to schedule my next visit. I can't speak well enough about Jenn B and I highly recommend going to her because after that first visit you won't want to go anywhere else. I'm glad I found this review page.

Jenn turned my hair into something amazing!. I have been going to 5 minute haircut places for years. Getting the same generic haircut and out I would go looking like a hot mess. For years my best friend would come to me with cute, stylish haircuts so I decided to ask who cuts her hair. She didn?t want to give up her little secret but she finally told me it was Jenn at Frinj (formally Seventeen Salon & Spa). I made an appointment with her (and by the way she is a master!) and she took the time to ask me questions and talked to me about my hair routine. She cared. She has an amazing skill and I could not thank her enough. She gave me a great cut and its very easy to style. I will NEVER let anyone but her touch my hair again.

Thank you Jen for a style that I love and can live with proudly!

awesome service. I've had my hair cut three times by Macey at Frinj and every time I left the salon my hair was exactly how I wanted it. The first time I went I had long hair down the middle of my back. I had been to other salons (Tony & Guy in Willow Bend) that kept talking me out of the hair style I wanted (concave bob). Finally, I happened upon Macey and told her what I wanted. Macey was supportive and told me she thought it would look great. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole "chopping experience." I highly recommend Frinj due to their superb hair stylists and reasonable prices. When you make your appointment, ask for Macey!

I really like it at Frinj. I really like it at Frinj. I took myself and my best friend there. The people who work there are nice and really listen to you. I didn't feel pressured or tricked into getting something I didn't want. My hair turned out fabulous. New cut and highlights...and it didn't cost me a bunch of money. I choose a "Master" stylist . Jenn S was a great listener, full of ideas and knows her stuff! The cut and highlights she did was PERFECT and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Frinj

Best Customer Service and Color. I am not one to have my hair colored. I have natural red/blonde hi-lites. As I get older, gotta cover up the gray.

I had my hair done today at Frinj. I asked my stylist, Macie to help me with decisions for hi/low lites to be very natural.

I sat back and listened as she suggested what would be best and I went with her ideas.

I actually fell asleep while the foiles were being applied. It's nice to know you don't have to chit chat with your stylist. She believes in relaxing while you are in her hands.

This is the 2nd time I have had this done and I have to say, it was awesome. I have never left a salon 100% satisfied. But today Macie did that.

I left feeling very satisified. I love the atmosphere and ALL the staff are always pleasant and smiling !!

They even made me fresh coffee :)
