Dallas' Best Pizza. I've been here a few times and always enjoyed what I ate. I also heard that they are getting a new website for online ordering and expanding delivery.. next time I might just order online.

DALLAS' BEST????. The 1 star is only because of ... well, I don't know. Made a special trip over to try this place for the first time (Preston/Royal) Being a native New Yorker and one who finds the best NY style pizza in each market I travel to, I will say, I know my pizza. First of all... if on a friday night, FORGET IT. The counter is run by a handful of kids who I will say are trying, but are overwhelmed. Ordered a small to eat in. exactly 1 hour later, I asked where is my food and the response is "it's in the oven and will be out in 3-4 minutes. Lying to a guy who knows pizza doesn't cut it At 650 degrees, the pizza should cook in 4 minutes. So, it wasn't in the oven. After another 10 minutes I said enough was enough and asked for a refund which was given. As I left, the counter help came out and gave me the pizza in the parking lot. So service, even though they tried to cover mistakes, on a scale on 1-5, I give it a 1. Food quality: since I was put off, maybe it wasn't a good time to try this... but I had the pizza and figured I would give it a shot. Well... if this is Dallas' best in regard to NY style pizza; someone needs to hop a jet north and reevaluate. It is better than Pizza Hut, but it is not close to NY pizza. My suggestion would be another 50 degrees on the oven to firm up the crust... or maybe due to the volume they were doing, the oven was not at temp, but the crust was soft, soggy... just did not meet expectations. I kept toppings simple, pepperoni. It was nothing special. Scale of 1-5: 2. This is not meant to be a toss under the bus, but if I owned the place, I would appreciate the feedback, both positive and the not so positive. Next stop: Plano for 1 more try in Big D.

Marco on the downward spiral. I love Marco's pizza. They deliver but will only allow you to order on-line. I dont even mind ordering on-line but most the time the website is not working properly. I tried to call and order directly and they refuse to take the order. When I mention that I could not get their website to work they just huffed and said then they are not taking anymore orders for the night. The employee did go out of his way, out me on hold and said he spoke with the owner. I doubt he did. It just sounded as though they were extremely busy and didnt want to take the order. Either way their customer service sucks. I'll just order from Louie's. Their pizza is better anyways.

All good things must come to an end and Pizza by Marco has been going downhill for a while.

Great Pizza. A friend brought a pizza to work, and I would have to say it was one of the best in town. A definite thumbs uup!!

A Five Star Affair. If I could love a certain food (and eat it forever) I would love pizza. No, scratch that, I've already fallen in love with Pizza by Marco. This pizza is so good that its the one I eat to start off my Friday night, the cure to my Saturday morning hangover and the one that I share with my family after church on Sunday. Keep it comin'!!!

Also, the sauce is magnificent. Too bad it's a secret recipe...they should seriously contemplate selling it in jars.

If you're there, ask for Michael or Eric, they are the two best employees. They are the pizza experts!

Best Pizza in Dallas. mmm, where to begin? Great staff, great pizza, great calzones... Awesome Salad... Defiantly A+++ in my book. Eat there at least 3x a week.

Greatest Pizza in Dallas. This is definitely my favorite pizza because of it's unique thin crust and the fantastic service.
