geek squad leaves cust without tv service

I am a satellite tv installer with a mutual customer where a geek squad representative cut a cable line in the attic and disconnected satellite service to this customer. After asking for an extra 100 dollars to "finish Job " stating that i didnt complete left and told cust to call both cust service for sat and G.S. CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this spiteful Geek SQUAD. This was for the new store in the colony but these guys are probably contracted.
