Cheezeee!.
If you like cheese, and you know you do, you'll love Scardello. The only reason for 4 stars is they don't stay open late enough (I'm a night owl).
These people live cheese and can educate you about all of the wonders of the perfect food. I've dined in as well as had them cater a client meeting where they made the best cheese board ever in the history of man.

In Short
Original 1929 building brickwork and pressed tin ceilings create the feel of an old world formaggeria. Around 120 European and American farmstead cheeses are displayed where guests can explore and choose their slice-to-order favorites. Walls are decorated with additional products for the leisurely shopper. Café tables allow guest to sample cheese and other accompaniments such as jellies, meats, crackers, artisan breads, wine and cheese friendly beers.
