Scam Company - Do not use them!. First of all every review here with 5 stars is a lie They do not do CCTV - They wrote the 5 star reviews. This is all lies. They scam bait you! I got a quote for 15$ and up, just to find out that they wanted 160$ for opening my house. After the young kid that opened my house left the lock was broken. I called and they didnt want to listen to me saying that I broke the lock to get a discount (really?!) - so I asked to send a locksmith to fix it, I was willing to pay for their damage. He came. drilled my lock, scratched my door installed a generic cheap lock (that costs 12$ after research) and charged me 350$ for the service. I WAS FURIOUS! I went to their so called office. Nothing is there. I went to another address and another one... I went to 9 different locations trying to find them and not even one was an office, ALL FAKE ADDRESSES! They ripped me off! I found out that they will always take maximum prices so when they give you a price range it will always be the max! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN.…

Bad Experience; Get your quote in writing. My son bought a house and had Delta come out to change the locks on 3 doors. They estimated $25-$45 on the phone. Unknown to us was that a double deadbolt is 2 locks so they charged the maximum for all 6 locks plus the service call totalling over $300 for about 1 hour on site. I spoke with Gil, the young lady who answers the phone at the Dallas number. She assured me that she quoted this correctly and since they tape all calls, she would listen to the audio and call me back-didn't happen. She assured me that the technician quoted the new fee after arriving on site-did not happen. On a separate occaission she also assured me that she would talk to the owner to see what they could do-did not happen. She also mentioned to me that they give discounts for multiple locks-as little as $19 per lock-so how did we pay $45 for each of 6 locks? I have left 3 messages with others at Delta over the last few weeks. They assured me she would call back-you got it-didn't happen.…
