I love the monthly membership SkinSpa Med offers! It allows me to experience a lot of different aspects of the spa and keep up with my treatments. Marie is so sweet and super amazing at injections. Her botox is the only time I didn't bruise! I highly recommend her to ALL my friends!! Love the attitude of the staff and the atmosphere while I'm there always makes me want to come back!

I can't say enough about how much I love this Med-Spa! Marie is amazing with injections and keeps me looking 10 years younger than I really am!! Her honesty with what I need to do to maintain my look is always appreciated! Whether it's Botox, Restylane or just a quick zap of a laser, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa to ALL of my friends! And don't even get me started on how affordable she is!! If you get a chance~ make an appointment for a consultation and you will see what I mean!! THIS SPA IS FABULOUS!!

Best Restylane injections in town!

I had Restylane filler injections in borders of my lips by Marie. I was nervous at first, but she put me at ease by talking me through each step. (I am sure the numbing agent also helped my bravery.) My lips turned out perfect, Not too puffy, and not fake looking at all. Marie was able to turn back time without giving me that "filler face" look. I am sold on Skinspa Med. I bought a membership for 2 laser treatments per month at a price that is insanely affordable. I think the reason gratuity is encouraged is so she can charge such affordable prices for her services.

Horrible Customer Service

I bought a Groupon for this place back in July and had to wait 3 months to get an appt, scheduled for Nov 2. Well my mother unexpectidely died on Oct. 23 and her funeral was Nov. 1st. I finally took a look at my calender the day after the funeral (the 2nd) and realized I had an appointment. I tried to reschedule my appt and was first told that since I bought a Groupon, that I was going to forfeit my appt. Then the owner called back and was so rude and told me that I could either keep my appt or pay to move the appt and then wait another 3 months for the new appt. I explained to her my situation and that my mother had just passed and I was at her funeral but the owner didnt care, she just said it was policy! She said if I would have just called 24hrs in advance, I would not have had to pay. I told her if I hadnt been at my MOTHER'S FUNERAL THE DAY BEFORE, I MIGHT HAVE REMEMBERED TO CALL. Needless to say, it did not matter to the owner. This is not the way to keep customers coming back. I have never written a post but I would never recommend this type of place to anyone.
