My fav beauty spot in Dallas. I love Skinspa Med! Marie is amazing, and she always has dynamic staff who are excellent! Marie is truly an artist. I'm thankful for her every time I look in the mirror.

Love this place!. The funny thing is, I started coming to SkinSpaMed for massages, and knew nothing (or cared nothing at the time) about the additional services they provided. I was strictly looking for a good masseuse.

As time went on, I started becoming intrigued with some of the other services, and signed up on a membership package. It has been money well spent!

I love the staff - they make me feel like one of the family. They greet me by name as I walk in the door, remember me from my last month's appointment(s), and it's like having a bunch of girlfriends hanging out in one place. I've had services done with almost all of them, and feel comfortable with them all.

Marie is very knowledgeable and is not pushy about selling anything. She will truly listen to what you're interested in, and give you recommendations based on what YOU need, not by what's the most expensive item out there.

When I signed up on one of their memberships, my original thought was "Oh well, what can it hurt, I'll do it for a year and be done with it." Boy was I ever wrong - I'm here for life !! :)

MAGNIFICENT MARIE. Marie and her staff are awesome. I have a great experience everytime I go and they have great prices. I would recommend anyone to go. The bonus is that the end results you look GREAT.....

Great Spa!. My recent Botox injections went very well. Marie is better than some doctors I've been to. I had no bruising and she didn't try to "upsell" me on unnecessary treatments. I asked her about certain areas and she even told me that some of them did not need addressing at this time. Unless I have a reason not to, I will only go to Marie for my injections and her spa for other "work" I need done. :)

MARIE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!. Marie is the most knowledgeable skin person I have ever met and believe me, I've been around! She knows exactly the path to send you on for younger, healthier skin.

Her staff is friendly, professional and well trained. Her membership program is the most reasonable way to keep yourself in tip top condition without breaking the bank. It's completely fair.

I will never go anywhere else!

Botox for Migraines. This is our second time going to Marie Reyes for my husband's migraines. The botox was suggested to us by our doctor. We searched around and found SkinSpa Med. Marie was very informative about the procedure. We got the botox for my husband that same day. It worked great. He has such a better quality of life. We have been back a second time and it seems to be working even better. I have nothing but praises for Marie. A big Thank You for her. We will continue seeing her in the future. I am so excited to have my husband back. We love you Marie.

Best Medical Spa in Dallas. I've been going to Skin Spa Med since it opened and the results have always been consistently great. Marie Reyes takes great care to recommend the best treatment for the desired outcome and her background as an Registered Nurse always makes me feel confident I'm in good medical hands and the resulting treatment is always outstanding. The spa also is cutting edge, introducing the latest in technology and best practice. I live out of town but travel to Dallas just to see Marie. I highly recommend this spa and their fabulous monthly membership to everyone who cares about maintaining a youthful appearance and looking their best.

Best of the Best. I received the DOT Laser treatment at SkinSpaMed and all I can say is WOW! As a former chemo patient, and an avid health nut, I know that I feel better when I look better. Almost a year of chemo took a toll on my face, thus the team at SkinSpaMed recommended the treatment. The DOT is an amazing system and it has taken ten years off my face! The staff at SkinSpaMed are awesome...caring and compassionate and I always know that I am in "good hands", literally!

I have been actively caring for my skin and on an anti-aging regimen for years. I have visited and used services from many different providers in numerous cities throughout the world in my business travels. For me, SkinSpaMed, from the top down, is the absolute best in the business. They care about their customers, continue to add new and advanced technologies to their suite of offerings, and they are like family to all of the regular members who patronize their business.

I hold them in my highest regard and recommend them to anyone who is serious about their appearance and health.

Very disappointed. After overdrafting a CLOSED acct, twice, SkinSpaMed, Dallas, Texas "gave" me 4 treatments. Today they told me the 2 that I used were considered 2 each, AFTER the fact. They basically wanted to sell me a $299.00 Groupon or cancel my appointment for another Groupon customer. Very disappointed after being a customer w/many referrals for years. The service since Groupon is not what is once was. I would NOT have used 4 treatments for 2 small areas with a laser they do not even use now due to LACK OF RESULTS. This should be been explained. I had hoped that removing the scars on my face from ovarian cancer would be a possibility. I am so upset that I ever had hope. Thanks whoever LISA at Skin Spa is for your lack of professionalism, to say the least. They are so busy getting people in and out with their Groupons, the technicians do not stop read the charts or full explain the procedures unless you know what to ask them.
