Friendly, Affordable & Good. VERY friendly staff, the food was different in a good way. It wasn't too Korean but it was excellent nonetheless.

Great quick, casual lunch joint. I decided to try this place out after seeing it mentioned in D Magazine's Best Cheap Eats issue. The service was quick, the food was good and the place was clean. The food was fresh and you basically get to build your own meal, chipotle style. I will definitely be back.

Fast, Friendly and Healthy!. What a great place to eat! From the time you walk in you feel a positive atmosphere that continues throughout the entire experience. As an aging baby boomer, I work out regularly and make my best effort to eat in a healthy manner. Each time I eat there, I get the same healthy food and yet I have never had the same dish twice. With the choices of different options on the line coupled with the many different sauces, I discover new tastes each time. My ten year old also loves B B Bop, so don't think it is just for the old and health conscious. They do a great job! I can't wait for the next location to open!

Delicious and Healthy new flavor!.
Wow, what a cool concept. I've heard about this type of food out on the west coast, but never thought I would find it in Carrollton of all places!
The restaurant is the quick-service type, almost like a Korean Chipotle with the assembly line style, tons of choices for meats and veggies, etc. I've made it a point to try all of the custom designed sauces you add at the end, and have even tried the "bahn mi" Vietnamese sandwich that was featured in D Magazine.
Seriously, this place is awesome for people that are looking for a fast, healthy, and tasty meal that is a way different flavor than the usual spots.
