Miracle workeres!!

I was so upset when my 22-month old colored in blue ink on our linen upholstered headboard. I called Steve with Dalworth Clean of Frisco right away after ready his reviews on Citysearch. He was able to squeeze us in within just a few hours of my call and was actually able to get all of the ink out--a miracle!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an upholstery cleaner and I will definitely us them again in the future.

Originally They missed a part of the carpet under a couch in the room they were cleaning and when I called Steve ( the owner of this Dalworth Franchise) he made an appointment to get right back out the next day to take care of it. We all make mistakes and I for one understand that. It is how a person ( the owner of the company) handles making it up to you as to how they should be judged. Steve ( the owner of the frisco Dalworth carpet cleaning company franchise ) is a professional in my book and I for one appreciate that. I will use them again. Good job Steve, Dennis

Steve was fantastic. We live in Plano and when I found him he said no problem to come out. He did a great job for us cleaning our carpets. He went above what i wodul have expected since the water in the house was shut off and he had to go ask a neighbor for the use of his water. Will recommend him to others for sure for carpet cleaning or any other carpet related service.

From start to finish we were very pleased with our service. The Customer Service Representative was not just an order taker but a knowledgable and personable individual who as most executive management realizes is truly the Director of First Impressions. She should be credited with partially landing the deal. The technicians were informative, neat, cooperative and professional. They worked diligently in getting stains out and performing the cleaning operation. I will continue to call on Dalworth and will ask for Steve's franchise service. Thank you. Ed

The price was higher than I expected but that's mainly becuase I am on a really strict/tight budget. I really needed my carpets cleaned...it was I think mentally necessary for me to have those carpets cleaned so I paid. The job for outstanding and worth every peeny it's just my beudget ws tight. But I will use you again.

What fantastic service! I called off of this carpet cleaning ad for a discount or some value added free services and he told me to check the rates and let him know. He was not only the most reasonably priced professional carpet cleaner he also was the owner of this franchise location in Frisco. The carpet cleaning services in Frisco tend to be chains or a guy working out of his car and both of those do not appeal to me. I like to support my Frisco community so when I can I work with private owners. The carpets were cleaned in a timely manner, at a fair price, and he guarantees 100% satisfaction which I was. Best carpet cleaner in Frisco
