Worst hair cut EVER

I should have known before I even met my hair dresser, that it was going to be a TERRIBLE experience. I put "Troy Richard Salon" in to my iPhone directions and got in to the shopping center it is located in. After making a few circles around the block, I called to get better dircections as to what the salon was next to. I got a vague..." kinda by silver fox" reply from the lady who answered the phone. I got in and waited 10 minutes before offered a drink and another 10 minutes to meet Troy (who I had the appointment with). I was then rushed off to the back, where they wash and cut hair, when a random lady (not Troy) washed my hair and accused me of having LICE!!! It was not only unprofessional but EMBARRASSING seeing as how she practically screamed it for the entire salon to hear. After realizing that I did not have lice, she mumbled and didnt talk to me for the remainder of my cold, unpleasant wash. She wrapped my hair in a towel and made a rude comment about how she thought the towel with my wet hair might fall off, but "oh well." I got to the station and met Troy. I don't have much to say about him other than I saw him for no more than 9 minutes and he didn't cut my hair like the simple way i requested. He then told me I would look pretty with curles and assured me it came with the cut. I sat and listened to some freaky new lady's ENTIRE life story in the 3 hours it took her to do my hair and she proceeded to tell me to get pink highlights....I went to pay and it was nearly $200. I refused to pay for the unnessecary curles and left without even getting an appoogy about the lice comment and payment confusion. I ended up paying $145 for a one inch trim and falling out curles..that will never happen again.

Great Salon

This is a great hair salon. I've been here about 6 times for hair cut and color. The place is very clean and nice with a great ambiance. The employees are all very friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous Salon!

Danielle is the best stylist who has ever touched my hair. I receive so many compliments, and I feel like a supermodel when I leave. Nici is an amazing nail technician, and I love her gels!
