Lie, cheat and steal.
When my house burned down, my insurance company called them. They took full advantage of the disaster by taking everything of value in the house. By everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Nothing burned
except the roof, so everything was in the house somewhere, it was just wet from the fire hoses.
Servpro of McKinney/Allen charged me for cleaning, but didn't clean ANYTHING. They charged me for storage, but said the house was almost empty (which is their way of explaining why there was nothing left after they picked through it). There are so many complaints nationwide, one wonders how they stay in business.
Save yourself the trouble – DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE!! They'll rob you blind.…
Worst company I ever dealt with.
This is one of the worst company ever I had to deal with. Insurance company gave us two phone numbers to call when our home was flooded. We did and this company came out to repair, three hours late
to their appointment.
We paid our deductible to them immediately. Then, guys who came to service said that it will cost anywhere from 5K to 6K. We said that's fine and proceeded. Later, they charged nearly 10K in total. They were working with insurance company to get the remaining payment.
This company management called us over 30 times repeatedly while the insurance company was working with them. Both of us were extremely busy at work. We asked insurance company to work with them many times after these many harassing calls. Insurance company said, this servpro of Mckinney/allen company is simply asking much more money then what the insurance company agreed to pay and this servpro franchise of McKinney/Allen did not provide any documentation to the insurance company.
Insurance company, finally, gave us a check. These people were extremely rude and harassed us again to get the check.
These people need to work with the insurance company to get the money, not harass home owners this much. On top of it, they want to sue us anyway even after getting the check since the check was received one day later, even though it was postmarked on due date!
NEVER, NEVER use this franchise again.…
