NEVER GO HERE!. I agree with you! I got my bridesmaid dress from this same store. When I got my dress it was missing claps on both the top and bottom pieces to my dress. There were also a lot of frayed strings and the zipper was terribly sown in, then to top it all off the both pieces were too small and like you, I had not gained any weight since being fitted for the dress. When I attempted to talk to the managed they were terribly rude and then called me a liar. After getting my dress altered there, my zipper busted at the reception and it came completely off the fabric. The same thing also happened to another one of the bridesmaids as well. Everyone in our weddding party had issues with thier dresses. The bride's gown had dirt marks on the train, and they refused to clean it! If I am ever in a wedding who uses alfred angelo again, I will beg for the bride to go somewhere else.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!. I purchased dresses at this Alfred Angelo location for my entire wedding party and myself (8 dresses). Not one of the dresses fit AT ALL. 2 of the dresses were so small they could not be zipped and the rest were so big that they fell off. Everyone was measured by the staff at the store and no one gained any weight. And don't think for a second they are going to help you at the store. They DO NOT take ANY exchanges or returns for any reason. It does not matter if they measured you wrong or made the dresses wrong. The manager is horribly rude and also attempted to lie to me. I know the prices are pretty good, and they do have a good selection, but I promise you, it is not worth it. Go somewhere that values customer service.
