Wonderful Job!!!. I experienced a situation with a faulty wiper blade. When it came less than 30 days during a strong rain, my windshield was scratched on the driver side. A repair to the wiper was done immediately, however I later noticed the scratch. I made an appointment and returned and with lots of effort most of the scratch was removed. I can still barely see a part of it but not enough to worry me. I feel Mike and the service team did a wonderful job trying to help me and addressing the problem. Thanks!
Excellent!!!. Quite honestly to answer “Yes” to these questions would be an understatement. All of the above answers shouldn’t just be answered as a Yes but it should have ready service was Excellent and over and above the normal dealership/service department experience from the service rep and service manager through to the receptionist and cashier.
