I love Kid to Kid! My favorite store to get my toddler boys clothes, shoes, and toys! Staff is always friendly and its great getting 20% more store credit when i sell my sons old clothes to them! My boy grows so fast! This is the best place to shop to get good quality, like new, name brand clothes at great prices! I would recommend Kid to Kid of Irving to all of my momma friends!
I love shopping at Kid to Kid for everything! There are amazing items at great prices! I receive so many compliments on the things from you and always brag about where I got it and what a great price it was! Plus, I LOVE that there is a kid area, so my 2 year old can play while I shop <3
I LOVE this store! It feels like a child's boutique when you walk in; it does not have the 'used clothing' vibe as some stores do. I get excited to shop here. I am always looking at their Facebook page at the pictures to plan ahead on shopping trips. Post more pictures, please! : ) Can't wait to see what else is 'in store'.
I would recommend this store to anyone! They have great new and used things for every age! I go there for gifts all the time!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!. Not sure how they can continue to run a business! I have been in many times and each time the owner has been there, she has NOT been friendly. Also, today I was in there and when I went to checkout, I was about $10 away from getting the $5 off email coupon. So, I told my kids to go pick out a toy and a sucker. When we went back to the register a different girl was there and she said that I couldn't get the discount because I didn't have the print out of the email. I have NEVER had to show them the print out. In fact one time, the cashier even told me that I didn't need to bring it in anymore, just tell them. So, I told her that I didn't want to get the toy and suckers (my kids had a fit! left out crying!). So, I left spending less than what I would have if I had used the coupon. They should train all their employees the same way, don't have one saying one thing and the other saying something different. THEN, I left and noticed on my receipt that they didn't take off the 50% clearance price of one of my items. When I went back in the girl told me that she had to give me store credit. I didn't want store credit, I had no intentions of going back. She said sorry that is store policy. I told her that it wasn't my error. I would understand if it was my error but it was their error so I should be due my money, not store credit. Then another girl came up and said the same thing, but she did say that they could void the transaction but that would be too much trouble. I said why, she said because they would have to do two transactions. I said you mean credit my card and then ring it up again. She said yes. Ummmm, that is called a refund and that is what stores do when you return something! How is that too much trouble?!?! I just felt like they were robbing me. The fact is, the store policy was not that they had to give store credit, they just didn't want to give me my money back so that I would have to buy something else. NO WHERE DID IT SAY THAT ONLY STORE CREDIT WAS GIVEN....even if it did it was THEIR ERROR.
