Sears of a Third world country!. Sears in a "Third world country"

We bought a water heater from Sears, in Collin Creak Mall, Plano Texas couple of months ago.

The water heater is placed in the garrage.

The next day of the installation, the floor was flooded with water leakage. We called Sears about the water leakage and the damage done.

The Sears technician came replaced the water connections. We were very much concerned to know the reason, after repeating " I don't know" for million times, the gentleman left. No one took care of the property damage done by the leakage until now!

I have four children and my father 76 years old living in the house.

The heating system failed, we called the second time Sears and sceduled the appointment. After 4 days it was fixed.

The heating system failed second time, as usual we waited for 3 days and kept heating water using electric cooktop for our daily use. It was fixed yesterday (4-27-11).

On the next morning the heating system failed for the third time, and we were told that we have to waite for 6 days until the Sears technician will fix it.

Is the CEO of Sears living in a third world country?

I am sure he needs a refreshing review course for

" quality of care"
