Beware!. I found this services and met Janet through a referral, I dont know how I ended up paying all that much money upfront for a "promotion" probably trusting THR 's reputation and the network of healthcare professionals. The "promotion" is more than double what you would pay anywhere else, eg. advancedskinspa.I was even charged for a doctor fee that I have never seen. Now I have to deal with calling everyday and still not getting an answer. This is outrageous and something I have not experienced ever! It is also interesting that every bad review is followed by a supporter! I hope she reads this and understand the WOM is still a powerfull tool to mantain your profits!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I started out really enjoying Janet's services....then I experienced her never calling back for appointments & constantly getting the receptionist saying Janet was busy & she'd text or call back. It NEVER happened!!! I've been trying for months to continue my services & haven't heard a word from her. This is extremely unprofessional & disappointing!

Fabulous service!!. I have experience nothing but total professionalism and superb service. Janet really knows how to make a person feel comfortable through the entire process. She is always friendly and will give you the best advice for your skin type. I would recommend her to anyone I know. Great job Janet!!!!

Very Poor service. I started at laser solutions about a yr ago.The made me pay upfront for the entire package saying I have to pay first since this was a promotion. They were good initially with their service. The last few months whenever I try to call to get an appointment she makes excuses to not fit me in. She cancelled on me a couple of times after giving the appointment.

Now since the last 3 weeks I am trying to schedule another appointment and all the recptionist says is Janet is busy she will call you to schedule when she is has time.

Its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for her to call back!!!!

I have made more than 10 calls..........

Now I have reached a point where I just want my money back and will take my business some place they know how to treat customers well.

Best place to get Laser done in Dallas!. Janet is very committed to her clients needs; she gives advice based on each individual’s skin sensitivity and hair growth cycle. She understands the reason why people want to remove their hair and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Prior to meeting Janet, I had gone to another laser person, but didn’t see the results I wanted. When I met Janet and started going to her regularly for my treatments, as a client, I truly appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to give me the best advice based on my skin type. Thanks to her, the results I have seen are beyond my expectations. Best of all, she’s very friendly, helpful and extremely experienced in this field, which is why I have been her client for years!
